Description&Application

This product uses fluorescent probe PCR technology to qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and Human Rhinovirus (HRV) in various samples of throat swab, nose swab, nasopharyngeal secretion, tissues, cells and so on, which can be used in the experiment test of RSV and HRV infection. RSV and HRV are two respiratory viruses with higher infection rate. RSV can cause interstitial pneumonia, bronchiolitis and so on. HRV is the main etiology of common cold.
