Description&Application

This product is applicable for detection of influenza A virus and influenza B virus in a variety of clinical samples of pharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs and cloacal swabs, nasopharyngeal secretions, tissue samples. It is for the auxiliary diagnosis, monitoring and epidemiological investigation of the infection of influenza A virus and influenza B virus. Influenza A (A-type) virus and influenza B (B-type) virus are two kinds of viruses that are necessary to detect in influenza monitoring.This kit can be used to detect and distinguish Influenza A and Influenza B in a single reaction.

Features 

High sensitivity: Using patented technology with higher sensitivity; 2 copies in each reaction can be detected.

Using TaqMan probe method of Real-time PCR:The repetition of the experiment is excellent. Influenza A virus and influenza B virus can be detected and classified simultaneously in one reaction by using double fluorescent PCR reagent. 

Using our patented Taq enzyme production formula; the “S-shaped” amplification curve is clearer and the interpretation is easier.
