Description&Application
This product uses fluorescent probe PCR technology to qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) in human genital tract secretions and urinary tract swabs. It can be used for the detection of genitourinary tract infection.
Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) can cause urethritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility and other urinary and genital tract inflammation, as well as trachoma, neonatal inclusion conjunctivitis and pneumonia. Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) may cause nongonococcal urethritis and is also related to reproductive tract infections, perinatal infection and infertility. In addition, UU can cause miscarriage, premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, stillbirth and so on.
